Healthy Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz. olive oil

  • 3 oz. vinegar (balsamic or apple cider)

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)

  • (black pepper—in the dressing or on salad)

 DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients in a shaker or a mason jar. Store in refrigerator
